Returns
- Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. - Return Period:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods such as loose tea leaves, ground coffee, or coffee beans that have been opened.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
